REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not accepted for any training or service received and/or course. We will provide refunds if your employer / institution does not accept our online course, and if this denial can be confirmed. If you are unable to attend a course, you may reschedule up to 1 (one) time. Please contact support@onemorechancesafety.com for further support.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

One More Chance Safety LLC shall not be liable for any damages in any form. One More Chance Safety LLC shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, loss of use, or loss of life arising out of or related to training, services, this website or the information contained in it, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise.

You acknowledge and agree that, in no event, shall One More Chance Safety LLC and its officers, shareholders, employees and representatives, are restricted from any liability, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of this website or the Material.

USER CONTENT

If users submit content or data to One More Chance Safety LLC, they grant One More Chance Safety LLC the right to use it for its business purposes.

We will use your personal information, if needed, for printing and mailing out your official certificate and wallet card, after you have successfully completed the course. Personal content (data) will be used for payment processing and communications.

The billing information you provide will be used to compensate (pay) for One More Chance Safety LLC training services; after you have consented to pay. We may also use your personal information with third parties, when/if required by legal processes. We will use this information to contact you if we have any questions regarding the courses you enrolled in, incorrect mailing/email address, or correspondence of support, technical problems, & etc.

We will maintain your personal information (except billing information) as needed for company records and to provide services.

The User may decline to provide us with personal information. However, One More Chance Safety LLC services will not be applied. We will not share or sell your personal information without your consent, unless ordered by law.

We will have a record of the billing information you provide to One More Chance Safety LLC. This information can only be accessed by an authorized One More Chance Safety LLC employee.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE
One More Chance Safety reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the One More Chance Safety Websites are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the One More Chance Safety website. The user is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

MISCELLANEOUS 
Harassment in any manner or form to an employee or associate of One More Chance Safety LLC including via phone, e-mail, or in person. Obscene or abusive language is strictly prohibited.
